All the monetary transaction carried out on Aarogya Naturals are completely secured and enabled by reliable payment gateways; your data is safe and secured. All the deliveries are handled by well-established courier services.

We accept the following payment methods.

  • UPI - GPay, PhonePe, Bhim, PayTM etc.

  • Credit / Debit Cards

Successful payment by the buyer will be considered as acceptance of order by us. Upon receiving the order. We will dispatch your desired item within 36 hours, by engaging a courier service provider of our choice. The details of courier shipment – all that are necessary, for example, Tracking ID – will be shared with the buyer. Date and time of the delivery of the product will be disclosed by the courier service to the buyer and it will be only approximate. Aarogya Naturals will not be responsible for delay in the delivery of the item. Delivery of the product by the courier service will be taken as the confirmation of product being received at buyer’s end. Product will be eligible for return only if it falls in the category of ‘returnable’ under Refunds and Replacement Policy.


Any dispute between the two parties will be settled according to the local, state and federal laws of India and both parties will have to abide by this. Any dispute or redressal of the complaint will be subject to the jurisdiction and will be in the judicial territory of the Aarogya naturals only.

Refunds and Replacements

The items sold by Aarogya Naturals are consumable in nature, and hence, non-returnable. However, and only, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you – circumstances that qualify as the product being ‘returnable’ – we will provide a full refund or free replacement, as applicable.

Refund/Replacement will be processed only if the genuine reason of the ‘return’ is intimated to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The intimation should be via email to Aarogya Naturals account, or over call to our customer service (only if the phone number of the customer used to raise the request is same as that associated with his/her account). The customer support details of Aarogya Naturals are published on our Contact Us page. The request should contain the order ID.


The responsibility of sending the product back to Aarogya Naturals – preferably by the courier service of our choice – for refund/replacement lies solely on the customer; the customer shall be compensated for the courier charges incurred in case the replacement/refund request is found genuine. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement – requiring a video of unboxing of product that shows the condition of the product – as received – clearly.


Refund/Replacement will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you.

  • the product is returned in original condition.


The refund/replacement will be initiated within two days of receiving the item, as applicable. In case of refund, the complete amount will be transferred to the payment method adopted by the buyer or to the customer’s bank account directly, as applicable.


Products may not be eligible for refunds in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect product ordered.

If a replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 5 business days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.


In the event customers are found to misuse the refund policy by excessively replacing, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Aarogya Naturals reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
